Warranty Information

  1. 90 day warranty on all parts excluding electrical.
  2. MILEAGE WARRANTY: No warranty on parts over 150k unless otherwise agreed. Parts between 0k-150k are available for extended warranty of 6 months or 1 year.
  3. NO WARRANTY ON LABOR.
  4. LAP and/or STOCK NUMBER must be marked on all parts eligible for exchange or refund.
  5. Radiators & condensers are guaranteed not to leak at the time of purchase
  6. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
  7. There will be a minimum of $15 pulling fee.
  8. Electronic parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  9. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs from installing purchased product.
  10. The warranty will be VOID if purchased part/parts have been damaged or dismantled in any way (NO EXCEPTIONS).
  11. No refunds on special order parts.
  12. Sold cars are sold, as is, no warranty.
  13. Tires are sold, as is, no warranty.
  14. No warranty on gaskets, seals, fluids or coolant.
  15. There is no warranty on glass of any type.
  16. All defective parts must be approved defective by a licensed auto shop, excluding other parts stores.
  17. There is a $15 restocking/handling fee on all unwanted returned parts (this includes customer cancellation).
  18. There is a $50 restocking/handling fee on all unwanted returned engines and transmissions (this includes customer cancellation).
  19. All other parts that are sold and found to be defective will be replaced, unless otherwise stated by sales person.
  20. Deposits are non-refundable.
