Warranty Information
- 90 day warranty on all parts excluding electrical.
- MILEAGE WARRANTY: No warranty on parts over 150k unless otherwise agreed. Parts between 0k-150k are available for extended warranty of 6 months or 1 year.
- NO WARRANTY ON LABOR.
- LAP and/or STOCK NUMBER must be marked on all parts eligible for exchange or refund.
- Radiators & condensers are guaranteed not to leak at the time of purchase
- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
- There will be a minimum of $15 pulling fee.
- Electronic parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs from installing purchased product.
- The warranty will be VOID if purchased part/parts have been damaged or dismantled in any way (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- No refunds on special order parts.
- Sold cars are sold, as is, no warranty.
- Tires are sold, as is, no warranty.
- No warranty on gaskets, seals, fluids or coolant.
- There is no warranty on glass of any type.
- All defective parts must be approved defective by a licensed auto shop, excluding other parts stores.
- There is a $15 restocking/handling fee on all unwanted returned parts (this includes customer cancellation).
- There is a $50 restocking/handling fee on all unwanted returned engines and transmissions (this includes customer cancellation).
- All other parts that are sold and found to be defective will be replaced, unless otherwise stated by sales person.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
